I think we, ie prolife and prochoice people, might be able to agree on this one.
Is this not one of the most weird and creepy ads you've ever seen? How on earth the people who made it could think it would further their cause, I have no idea!!

At risk of offence to my American friends, I have to say 'only in america'.

It's odd they used a male. Beyond that, I think it's very clever.

Really? Clever? I thought that even prochoice people agree that abortion is a serious thing that should be rare. This ad treats abortion as a wink-wink, lighthearted thing. It is not.
And, not to mention that smooth talking, seductive men are responsible for a good portion of unplanned pregnancies, and pro-choice feminists are always talking about how the men aren't the ones to carry the pregnancy, they get off easy, etc. right? So i don't see how anyone could see it as clever.

I think it's really weird. I think it's interesting they chose a male and that particular take on it. I guess making it a human rights issue isn't very marketable when the humans affected are female.sigh.

I think it's weird. Even if they went with the 'happy anniversary' thing, surely a woman protagonist would have been more appropriate?

I DO think treating the decision as something precious that you value and appreciate is good. And saying we'll fight to keep it safe is a strong message.

But a smooth talking, winking man? With all those, "mmm, mmm, mmm"s at the end? Seems an antithetical choice.

Edited for stupid ipad typos
