Hi my name is india i am 22 years old and i have been pregnant twice. the first time was not purposely but the second time was and i lost my baby when i was 17 weeks. my first pregnancy i got rid of it because i was 19 and i felt all alone in the world when i told everyone that i was pregnant. so when i got pregnant again i was happy and i was keeping this baby but i went into premature labor and miscarried at 17 weeks on 12/15/12. since then i have been obessed with getting pregnant again and i am also upset and p*ssed off at the world because i dont understand what i did as a human being to have my baby ripped from me and everywhere i look someone i know is pregnant or has just had a healthy beautiful baby. i feel like a kid in a class and the teacher has given everyone candy but me. the bad part about all of this is i cant talk to any of my family members about this because they wont understand and inside im just so angry and p*ssed off. what do i do because he only thing i want in this life is to be a mom and have a beautiful baby that i can give all me love to. i felt this way since i was a little girl like it is my purpose in life now i feel as if u have no purpose.

Having had 2 miscarriages, I understand how you feel about noticing that everyone seems to be pregnant except for you. You will get pregnant again but please, do not try to get pregnant just because you feel obsessed about being a mother. At your age, only try to have a baby if you are in a secure, long term relationship and are in a position to give the baby the care that a baby needs. Remember that a baby doesn't choose to come into this world.

If you are in a position to provide the right environment, both physical and emotional, then you may need to talk to a counsellor about how you feel before you start trying again. If you can't talk to family and friends about being able to take to a councellor about it will b good because you will be able to let all of your feelings out to someone who is there to help you. If you aren't able to or can't afford a councellor, are there any free phone lines you are able to call, it seems that you may in America (because of how you wrote the date and because you wrote "Mom") so I don't know what kind of services you have over there.

OP I think you just need to take a breath and relax

Unless someone has been through a miscarriage they really have no idea what it is like. I have been through two recently and it is just crap and I can understand how isolated you may feel.

But hang around on EB for a few days and you will realise that mc's are common and most women we go on and have children.

I think that you are in a fortunate position that you are young and time is on your side. I can totally understand that feeling of wanting to get pregnant straight away but maybe just try and wait a few months, let your body re adjust, let your heart heal some what and then give it a go.

I cannot imagine how heart breaking it would be to to have lost your baby at 17 weeks, it does hurt seeing pregnant bellies and bubbies but I also try to think positive and say this will be ME one day soon and even though my heart is breaking I smile and I get on with my day.
