they made me bring up every time with my 3rd baby so i didn't take anything. I figured i ate well enough to not need them, and my Ob was absolutely fine with it. For my second i switched from elevit to Blackmore's pregnancy gold (or something like that). Seemed to have all the same vits & mins

Good luck in your journey : )

Yes I take Elevit. It makes me feel a bit sick in the stomach so on other EBers advice I take it as I go to bed. I wake up feeling fine original.gif

ETA- I would have switched to another brand but I bought just over a years supply when they were ridiculously cheap! ddoh.gif roll2.gif

Over rated in my opinion. Just take folic acid and stick with a healthy diet, most breads you buy nowadays has to have iodised salt.
I found elevit and blackmores during pregnancy made me get HG all over again.

I fiund they were fine when ttc but once I was pregnant they really upset my morning sickness. I ended up just taking folate by itself. Not only did I not get sick but at $4 for a bottle of 100 tablets it was so much cheaper!
