I should have done this. Wondering if I have any hope.

Apparently FRER is much more sensitive than advertised - I think it picks up as little as 6.5 mIU

I know I should wait for the blood test, but I don't have that kind of self control!

I think I have worked this out...

Half life of the HCG usually 29 hours, and 35 hours at most (will use the latter).
Ovidrel 250mcg is claimed to be 6700IU HCG at most (6,700,000mIU ...but it's per L so cancels out with reading of the pregnancy test which is mIU/mL).
FRER is tested to pick up as little as 6.5mIU/mL.
So...
Initial dose - 6700
1x35 hours later - 3350
2x35 hours later - 1675
3x35 hours later - 837.5
4x35 hours later - 418.75
5x35 hours later - 209.375
6x35 hours later - 104.6875
7x35 hours later - 52.34375
8x35 hours later - 26.171875
9x35 hours later - 13.0859375
10x35 hours later - 6.54296875 <--- * close enough to 6.5 to make testing beyond this time accurate
11x35 hours later - 3.271484375
12x35 hours later - 1.635742188
13x35 hours later - 0.817871094

* So 10x35 = 350 hours (14.6 days) - this is the longest it should take to be undetectable!
Or using 10x29 (as usual half life is 29 hours) = 290 hours (12.1 days) - this is how long it would typically take to be undetectable by a test as sensitive as 6.5mIU/mL

For those having 10,000 HCG (or even Ovidrel 500mcg = 13,400 HCG) trigger, it's 16 days worst case (likely 13.3 days) with a 6.5mIU/mL sensitive test.

I don't know... when did you have the trigger, 2 days before ovulation or a booster after the embryo transfer?

I never "tested it out" by testing every day or anything, but would do random tests and it would go very quickly.

Pregnancy mentioned...

I got a VERY faint line at 8DPO (DP couldn't see it and I barely could) and a faint line at 9DPO (DP still couldn't see it) and by 10DPO my bloods showed I was pregnant (DP wouldn't believe it til 12 DPO once it'd doubled though original.gif)

I took 2 triggers that cycle - both at 250iu, both at the same time, 2 days before ovulation (Egg retrieval) and then the embryo transfer was 2 days after that.

Good luck. I hope it's good news original.gif

Yes, I had the trigger 2 days before ovulation/retreival (no booster). Then a Day 2 transfer.

Thanks for the positive story, that gives me hope! original.gif
Is that with FRER?

Mirror, mirror, shiny glass, tell me that is NOT my ass!!
With my Fresh Transfer I had the trigger before EPU and transferred a 5 day embie.

The day before blood test I got a HCG reading of 4 and then 2 days later HCG of 11, I also did a HPT (First Response) after I got the results (so afternoon) and I got my very first +HPT. But sadly it was classed as a CP at 5 1/2 weeks.
