How do you do it?, include poster details in quote

now, I have been a member for a while and it has got me stumped. How do you quote with the posters details at the top of a quote? When I do it, I am just getting the body of the quoted post iykwim. How? Please?

Just hit reply directly under their post. How do you do it? I still haven't worked out how to do multiple quotes in one post....

I'm still hit and miss when removing the parts of the post that I'm not replying to though lol

How do people quote a post that is quoting another post, but keep the original post quoted within the entire quote when replying?
