I've just started the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and desperately need a better sports bra.
Are the moving comfort ones any good? Or am I better off going with Adidas or Berli? I'm about a 16 DD and need some serious support, any recs greatly appreciated This post has been edited by Madeline's Mum: 21/01/2013, 08:02 PM |

I'm a G and I use a max sports wirefree I buy from Bravissimo in the UK. I can jump on a trampoline and everything still feels contained. but it does squash you in and together which I know some people dislike.

I wear a Berli sport bra with a crop top on top. That seems to be the most comfortable.

I'm a 14E, and am a fan of Berli and Bendon too.
I have heard good things about Bravissimo, but haven't tried them personally. |

I am a 14DD and have been wearing an Intimo Active Bra (underwire) to the gym. Have no trouble running on the treadmill with it and find it extremely supportive. |

I've got some pretty good Triumph underwire sports bras but I still wear a crop top over the top, I find I need the underwire to hold em up and the crop to hold em down! I'd love to give the moving comfort one a try as I'd love to be able to get away without an underwire.

I've got some pretty good Triumph underwire sports bras but I still wear a crop top over the top, I find I need the underwire to hold em up and the crop to hold em down! Haha, this is me too (re the crop tops)! Im a runner with a D/DD cup, and I have a Berlei Ultimate Performance Sports Bra, and a Lululemon TaTa Tamer - both of which are super supportive, and very comfortable. Ive also heard great reviews about the Moving Comfort bras, and they are next on my list to try out. This post has been edited by DandS: 22/01/2013, 06:38 AM |

Berlei all the way for me. They really are a good sports bra.
Although I have to add that I absolutely hate their new advert - so boring and could you get some models with actual boobs to show the product works!?!? The models have no boobs at all for what they advertising at all. |
