Hi All,
About to do first round of ivf and trying to keep positive. Thought I'd ask opinions on names. After all we've been thru DH says if we are lucky enough to fall pregnant I can have any name I want. So what do you think of these; Lucy Elizabeth Holly Grace Charlotte Grace Lexi Kate Just Lucy is my front runner. Has been my favourite for 10 years. Macintosh ( Mac ) James ...Mac is my great grandfathers name. Owen James ...James is family name . Will deffinately be mn. I'm a teacher so its difficult. What do you think? |

I think Macintosh (Mac) James is cool.
For a girl my pick would be Lucy Charlotte. Feminine and classic and nice flow. Good Luck! |

I love the name Lucy - DS was going to be Lucy Michelle.
However am fan of shorter names and I also really like Holly so from the list I vote for Holly Grace with Lucy Elizabeth a close second. Macintosh doesnt really do anything for me - partly because of the surname-ness of it and partly because it sounds like a rain coat. I dont mind Owen. |

I am a teacher and, yes, it was a struggle to name DD! We chose Holly Jane (Jane is my middle name and my nan's middle name), as I had never come across a naughty or nasty Holly! Macintosh James is awesome, as is Owen. I love the name Lucy, and if we were lucky enough to have another girl, Lucy would be in the mix From your list, Lexi is my least fave. Good luck with yoru IVF journey! |
