Clarification needed please booster/5 point.

Mum to Cooper and Pinky
I have read through the forum but would love a quick clarification please. Currently my two children are in convertible boosters ( infa) with 5 point harness. Cooper is close on 8, 110cms and 18kg. Pepper is 4.5, 105cms and 20 kgs. This year cooper will start to travel in an accessible car while in his wheelchair and still has room height and shoulder wise in booster and needs 5 point for stability. When is it safer for Pepper to change from 5 point to seatbelt in her booster? Thankyou for your time and reading. Cheers Bron

If your DD is in a 2004 Aus standard seat with a weight limit (as opposed to a 2010 standard seat with a helight limit) then the maximum stated weight for that range of seat is 22kg. Many people are happy to use those seats up to 20-21kg. I did this with my DD who was already 18kg by 3yo. You might like to look at buying her a dedicated booster as generally speaking they are simpler to use, and safer, than a convertible/booster in booster mode.
