How did your belly feel in the moments and days after birth? Mine is so big and hard in my last weeks of this pregnancy I can't imagine how strange, soft and jelly-like it would feel after birth?

Yep, soft, squishy and blubbery. No muscle control to speak of for a while.

Soft and squishy here too (post c/s), but rolling over or bending forward for the first time felt amazing! Like it had been years since I'd done it

Big and full of gas! (Bowels very sluggish post emergency C section.)
Looking forward to being allowed to exercise, but much flatter after 4 weeks! |

Couple of days before birth it was really firm.
After birth it was gross and squishy. A day after the bleeding stopped it was almost back to normal. |
