Very sadly i have had my third re-current m/c now, the first two were at 10 weeks, then 11 1/2 weeks and this one, well back in November now was at 5 weeks, which was different to my other two. I had an early scan to find an empty sac, Im very confused as to why it is happening as ive had no trouble conceiving or having my three children, but we were hoping to add one more to our family.

What am i to do now? keep trying to go for alot of testing etc i am 40 years old now, and have had quite alot of testing prior to my last m/c, i am think i am a very fit and healthy person. Would love to hear youre thoughts please.

Hi,

I am sorry for what you are going through. I posted the above topic. I am in a little bit of a different situation to you in that we have no children but have had 2 losses. Whilst we are different some of the suggestions/thoughts may help you.

I am also sorry for what you have been through. It must be very hard having lost so close together.

Good luck with no 4 and getting some tests done. I hope that you find an answer somewhere.

Mirror, mirror, shiny glass, tell me that is NOT my ass!!
Have all the m/c's happened after your previous children? Were given an option of 'testing' with last m/c?

It could be a number of things (age included), so maybe you can ask for a referral to someone who specialises in recurrent m/c's.

Sorry for you loss!
