Just saw an inspiring story on tv of a little girl called Vienna...and sometimes a name just affects you... Just wondering what you all thought of the name Vienna and how it sounds with my first daughter's name, Isla.

There used to be a poster with a Vienna around here, not sure if she still comes on or not.
I think it's quite pretty as a name and lovely with Isla  .

I don't like place names unless there is a strong connection. Vivien and Valentina are 2 of my favourite names if you're looking for something similar. |

I don't like it either, for some reason the first thing I thought of when I read it was Vienetta, the ice cream! Not sure why I did think of the city.

DDs best friend is Vienna. I didn't like it at first but it's grown on me now. I like it better than Sienna.

When I first met her I thought her name was funny, and thought of the song. But she is lovely and I really like the name now. |
