“Sometimes you put walls up not to keep people out, but to see
Just wondering if I should be worried about my purchase.
I bought on the 29th Dec and still do not have my purchase. Is it normal for them to take this long?.
Last I checked (Can't get on the site this morning) it still was being picked sad.gif .

Thanks.

Yes - they say up to 21 days, and I know some staff did have time off over christmas (including a relative of mine!!) They are generally pretty good, but it isn't really the place to order anything that you need in a hurry!!!

I have ordered from them previously and had an order take 6wks and that wasn't even at Christmas time.

I use to work for a wholesaler that used them, and so once the sale is completed they send through what stock they need. So it's probably the wholesaler holding up the process, especially if they are closed over the break.

Ozsale can take freaking ages! I've had one order arrive within two weeks, and I'm now waiting on four orders (I went on a bit of a bender!) I placed well before Christmas.

On the other hand, I bought some clothes from asos.com the other day, and they sent an email saying the goods were in the mail within 12 hours of confirmation of order! It is coming from the UK though, so Im not expecting it too soon...

Try sending contacting them through the website, they usually reply by the next day.

Ozsale actually specifies that orders are not picked and packed immediately. Generally within the sale it will say how long it will take to ship after that sale has ended. As a PP said, once they finish the sale they order through the supplier and them it gets sent on.

29th is only a couple of weeks, so I wouldn't be concerned. FWIW I've bought a lot from them and never had a drama, and if things are running behind schedule I've always received an email letting me know

Don't blame the wholesaler. Those that they buy from have to guarantee to turn the order around in 5 days.
