Our first STTN!, At 17mths :-)

Our little man is still sleeping, he went to bed at about 8.30-9pm last night. We haven't heard a peep all night!!!!!!! He normally wakes about twice and we drap him into bed with us at around 5am. We only moved him from cosleeping in our bed 1.5weeks ago. I'm just amazed and I'll admit I've checked on him a few times since 6am and I kind of want him to hurry up and wake so I can see him before I leave for work! ....... he just woke during the typing of this. Unbelievable, very happy mummy!

That's great My DD rarely STTN and sometimes it can really get to me so I am thrilled for you.

Thats great! Any tips on how you moved from co-sleeping to his own bed so successfully?? Love to do the same thing here!

Brilliant! My DS STTN once, actually it was only 7.5 hours, and he did it for my birthday, he hasn't dine it since sadly. I hope this is the start of many restful nights for you both

Thats awesome greenthumbs, congrats! DD has just started STTN this week at 19months after night weaning and moving back to her own room. I didnt comment in your other thread but I certainly read with interest so thanks for that! Its a good feeling isn't it?!

Woo hoo! The best christmas present I got this year was a 5-hour stretch of sleep from my newborn. It's a wonderful thing.

We kind of made a clean sweep all in one day of moving the cot, and DS all in one go. The first night was really tough, but for us, it has been worth it. Good luck
