I was getting some lunch ready for the kids then felt something uncomfortable. Had a quick feel and found the whole thing in there!!! It had fallen right out.

Should I go see a doctor?

Could I be pregnant as hubby and I had sex last night and I know sperm can last a while?

I think I might just go back on the pill after this.

Thanks Kerrie. I have also heard of some bad side effects after it comes out, like depression, anxiety, heavy bleeding etc. Has anyone ever experienced that?

When was it inserted? I would see a GP tomorrow and assess whether you need the morning after pill.

I have has two in and neither have fallen out, but it can happen in the first few weeks.

Thanks. It was inserted over a year ago just after dd2 was born.

Ouch. No this didn't hurt coming out at all. I could just feel it in my vagina afterwards.

Because a merina is impregnated with hormone, it may cause a shift when removed. Please go and see your Dr.
