We've had a boy's name picked out for ages - Henry James but we're having another girl :-) DD is Sophie Clare and we need a name for her little sister.
So far I've got: Poppy Olive Molly Penelope Matilda Mae Which one sounds best? And any other ideas? |

Matilda May (spelt that way)
I like all the names that you have chosen except Olive. It's a name that I really dislike. |

I think with a Sophie already I'd be going for something that does not have an "ee" sound on the end.
So from your list, that leaves Matilda. Otherwise...Sophie and Edwina Philippa Gemma Annabel BTW I know that it's not often you use first and middle names without last name, but Henry James would have me thinking constantly of "The Turn of the Screw"! |

I like Molly best but like a PP, I'd also go with something that doesn't have an 'ee' ending but I'm not that fond of Matilda.
Sophie and Sabine. |

I love Olive.
The others are too cutesy for me and wouldn't suit a grown woman. I love Sophie Clare! What about: Sophie and Bridget Sophie and Hannah Sophie and Ella Sophie and Zara Sophie and Laura Sophie and Annabel Sophie and Kate Sophie and Juliet Sophie and Lillian |

I'm not a fan of any of the names but I'd go with Matilda
Mae. |
