Coffee works for me.
And eating a bigger breakfast so I'm not so hungry later in the day. I find that if I don't have much in the morning I'm really hungry later on, even if I have a bigger lunch. And, because I think eating less/losing weight is mostly mental not physical, you might like this book: Eating less by Gillian Riley. She has a website too, see if you like the look of it. Sorry if this isn't what you're after, but it's what's worked for me. |

Phen375 is a great one..helped me lose quite a bit of my baby weight u can only buy it on eBay in oz.
