Looking for recommendations on where to stay that would be suited to younger kids. Our DS would be 3ish and youngest 18mths-ish at around the time we are looking at going.
Where would you recommend and why? My parents may be coming with us so villa/connecting rooms would be a bonus! |

Hi, I haven't been to Fiji yet but my kids are of similar age and I recently looked into Fiji resorts on tripadvisor and there were a lot of positive comments that Raddison Blu is a great resort suited for young kids (especially with the resorts pool and they have apartment style accomodation) so we plan to go there when we book our Fiji holiday.

Hi, I forgot to add that Radisson Blu is also a short transfer (about 20 mins) from Nadi airport which is ideal when travelling with young kids.

We're going to Radison Blu in a few weeks with DD who will be 21 months. We've booked a 2 bedroom villa so she doesn't have to sleep in the same room as us. It looks great on the website, separate kids pool (with slides!!!) and also rates really well on TripAdvisor. We've organised it through a travel agent and are paying $450 a night.

I stayed at the warwick. Great place but the connecting transfer was 1.5 hours... far too long after a long day of flying. I'd look for something closer or have one night near denaru then catch a ferry out to an island the next morning. I've heard great things about castaway island for kids and parents alike.
We went with my parents and had a great time. Remember a baby monitor. We had a ground floor room by the pool and could sit 5m away from the room on a banana lounge with the baby monitor during nap times. Have a great time! |

Plantation island was pretty good for kids. I'd recommend going to the islands for the beautiful blue water and lovely beaches. They had a kids club, slide in the pool which was a big hit and you can feed the tropical fish off the wharf. Also you can go snorkeling out on the reef.
