I am in my 2WW and yesterday I was sure AF had arrived (day 25 - last 2 cycles have been this short) as I had some pinkish spotting which I usually get about 4-6 hours before AF comes in earnest. It's now more than 24 hours later and I have no AF.

I think I ovulated about day 12 so yesterday would have been 13 days since O which I think fits with when implantation bleeding would perhaps happen. I have had 2 BFN on HPTs but I'm hoping that's just cause it's way too early.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? This is my 4th pregnancy (last one ended in M/C) and I have never had implantation bleeding with any of the others.

I am so desperate for this to be a BFP because this was my last month of TTC. I don't want to get too carried away (I spent much of yesterday crying because AF had arrived and now it seems it hasn't so I'm a bit of a mess!)

That sounds very similar to my story, I o'd on CD 16, then had spotting at 12 dpo so I put my diva cup in expecting AF to rear her ugly head later that day. Next day, I hadn't started bleeding, but kept the cup in expecting it to start any time. Next day, 14 dpo, and still not bleeding, starting to think it was weird as my AF is sometimes early but never late. Still not bleeding the next morning so took a test and it's the first time I've ever been surprised by a bfp! After 20 months of unsuccessful attempts, the first month I didn't actually think I was pregnant was the one i was!

Now nearly 24 weeks, so I'd say it's not over until AF shows up, it may be too soon after implantation for hcg to be high enough for you to get a bfp yet. Good luck op!

Implantation bleeding happens 6 to 12 days after ovulation. It's possible it could of been that. Not to be a downer, but I had a cycle where I had spotting on day 12, then AF turned up two days later. Good luck!

Otis that's exactly what happened. Today is 2 days later and AF has arrived. My TTC #3 journey is now officially over. Now I just have to try to move on and learn to accept that I was destined only to have 2 kids.

What's the update...good news?We have been TTC and this cycle I have had similar issues and I am confused if it is implantation bleeding or if it's just af. I think deep down I know what it is but in the end e will grap onto any little detail...I hope that it brings happy news to you though!

*08* - It was definitely AF but it was early and very heavy with lots of clotting (TMI sorry). It was also the least painful period I've ever had which is odd when you consider my endo is the worst it's been in a long time. The delusional not ready to give up on TTC part of me is waiting desperately for a pregnancy symptom to show itself because last time I was pregnant I had a full 'normal' period (before I eventually miscarried).
