I think Isaac is great as a first name. It's my sons name. It also goes with your other kids names and it's what I thought of before you mentioned it as a middle name funny enough!!

I only like it spelled Isaac though. Is Isacc a typo?

I'm hoping Isacc is a typo too, otherwise I'd choose a different middle name if you're not going to spell it correctly as Isaac.

Suggestions:
Ava, Ethan and Jacob
Ava, Ethan and Luke/Lucas
Ava, Ethan and Jude
Ava, Ethan and Thomas
Ava, Ethan and Samuel
Ava, Ethan and Oliver
Ava, Ethan and Benjamin
Ava, Ethan and Daniel
Ava, Ethan and Damien
Ava, Ethan and Flynn
Ava, Ethan and Finlay
Ava, Ethan and Hamish
Ava, Ethan and Harrison
Ava, Ethan and Henry
Ava, Ethan and Nicholas
Ava, Ethan and Brady
Ava, Ethan and Julian
Ava, Ethan and Marcus
Ava, Ethan and Liam
Ava, Ethan and Riley
Ava, Ethan and Callum
Ava, Ethan and Connor
Ava, Ethan and Christopher

Ignoring your spelling choices OP, I'm just going to focus on answering your question!

One thing though, do you know #3 is a boy? I ask because you have chosen Isacc as the middle name but your sig says D?....

Assuming it is a boy, how about:

Ava, Ethan and Declan Isacc
Ava, Ethan and Liam Isacc
Ava, Ethan and William Isacc
Ava, Ethan and Samuel Isacc
Ava, Ethan and Justin Isacc
Ava, Ethan and Lachlan Isacc
Ava, Ethan and Timothy Isacc
Ava, Ethan and Sebastian Isacc
Ava, Ethan and Charlie Isacc
Ava, Ethan and Henry Isacc
