I have a myUS.com account and ordered a couple of things from Amazon merchants who don't sent to Australia.

But the combined shipping is going to be $50- almost should have just bought the items in Australia! So I want to order more things (if I need them!!) to try to maximise the value of the shipping costs...

(I won't bother if I can't find anything we need, I'll just pay it!)

Any online sites that DON'T ship to Australia?

Thanks!

Any thoughts? Or should I just chalk it up to a costly mistake?

pah I had the same costly mistake with one of the other shipping forwarders. I was happy to get things that I couldn't buy in aust though when they finally turned up.
You could try getting some clothes from jcrew or somewhere like that that use 51global, because if you shop on their american site the clothes are so much cheaper.

Clinique Make up, Calvin Kliens or even some Walmart bargain is about all I can think of now.
Just make sure the sizes are little as its the volumetric thingy that ups the postage original.gif

Any big brand makeup.

Even shopping at normal sites which ship to Australia if you are only purchasing a small single item can be cheaper to forward with a shipper then pay multiple shipping fees.

I bought some clothes from Macys recently and each item's price increased by $5-10 once my location was set to Australia. Bluefly had a significant jump in prices too glare.gif . So it might be worth having a look at sites that DO ship to Australia if you have favourites, as they may be quite a bit cheaper.

I think PPs are also onto something with makeup. I was recently recommended a mascara (Loreal Volume something or other) that is $30 here and only $6 in the US!!
