Nope it wont tell them, they will just receive a warning and their photo will be deleted. I am still very curious as to who reported one of my photos of my girls having a bubble bath when DD2 was a baby with absolutely nothing showing (i.e. everything was covered by bubbles!). Especially considering as it must have been a friend due to my security settings

the photo will only be deleted if fb THINKS that it is offensive! ie a cake of boobies and erect penises are ok, babies being bf are not!

No it won't show. But it doesn't necessarily mean it will be deleted either. I reported a terrible photo after one of the recent American shootings and I received a message that FB didn't this it was offensive to be removed. I think unless a whole stack of people report it, one photo doesn't rate high on their radar.
