Nope, none, but I feel your pain!
I did BodyPump on Monday for the first time in months and was so sore yesterday from the squats Really wish there weren't stairs at my place! |

I second the magnesium. I massage myself with magnesium oil if I'm in pain... An Epsom salts bath helps too.
The other thing is to keep moving! Make sure you keep walking around and stretching and it will get better. |

Depends on what hurts! If I have really sore legs I find 25 mins on the exercise bike sorts it out.

LOVE my foam roller, it hurts in a good way! If that fails - anti-inflammatories - the prescription ones!
