So the base rate for A and B is about $198.
What would make it so CL would pay below base rate? online estimator say it should be base. Thanks |

Are you sure that's the base? I get less than that and I am a single parent on Abstudy...
FTB (A or B, I can't remember which) is reduced to base for me because I receive a very high amount of child support for DD. |

The base rate for Part B reduces to $100-ish from $144-ish once your child turns 5.
Only other thing I can think of is shared care. |

I get $198. Single parent, DS 4.5yo, recieve CS and work part-time. I have no idea why yours would be less. The only thing my work affects is PPS not FTB.
Was it your first payment? If so, perhaps it was only a part-payment? Cant think of any other reason sorry. |

I don't get any pps and work full time but very much under the 150K. The estimator says one $198. I'm more curious more than anything.

Worked it out. I upped my estimate and they think I may have been over paid so holding it back just in case. Should just mean more back at tax time.
