Before you get pregnant, you might have all the boxes ticked, or you could be the 'let's just see what happens' type. No matter what your style, it can help to think about the emotional aspects of parenthood.
It dosen't sound like a great place to give birth, but in 2010, researchers from a German hospital used a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machine to record a woman in labour.

It's the ones who say they know before AF is late that make me a bit annoyed. No, until you have enough hCG in your system to change your hormones and stop AF, your symptoms are not of a pregnancy.

I disagree, I got my positive before my period was due, and before that I had had at the same time for the past few afternoons/night a real nausea feeling. To the point I almost pulled over on the freeway. When it happened on the Saturday night I did a test the next day and yup it was positive. I stopped getting the nausea feeling at about 16 weeks. Oh and my boobs ached, which has only happened twice, I don't get that like a lot of women do when they are premenstrual. It happened the month I had a suspected chem pregnancy and the month I conceived this one.
I also disagree Corella... I knew before AF was due as my body changed etc. Boobs were super sore, my bras didnt fit, I was so so tired, beyond tired even.. and I was eating like a horse. That was with DS. With DD, if I didnt notice my AF was late, I would never have known.
Its probably frustrating to hear when you are so desperate and just want to know for sure if you are pg or not..
as you said OP - you still could be too early for it to show. I hope for your sake its a bit fat sticky BFP.

Before my BFP I thought I was going to get AF to the point of wearing a pad to bed. I had all the usual PMS. I didn't test until AF was a day late. Only now looking back do I realise I did feel a little different, alot of my cramps were on my right side as oppossed to all over.
ETA: In fact last month I was so sure I WASN'T PG that I was an emotional wreck also.

While most women wouldn?t associate being a new parent with feeling more attractive, it seems men see it differently: they think they?re better looking than before they were dads.
