I am still laughing so hard I'm crying from an email I got from a friend just now... I know she won't mind me sharing with you all as there's no names or identifying information mentioned.

My friend has been flirting with this guy she sees every week at a group PT session. On Friday he texted and asked her if she wanted to meet up with him and a couple of friends at a bar for a drink. After a couple of hours of drinking, the friends left and she and he ended up hooking up. She went back to his place with the intention of only actually going to sleep there. Of course, there was not much sleeping to be had. When she woke up in the morning, horror: blood ALL over her, all over the sheets and all over him. Yep... Aunt Flo had made an impromptu visit during their activities and she hadn't realised. She said he was very nice about it but she could tell he was completely freaked out underneath. She is mortified and now has to face him and his friends at the next PT session knowing they'll know that she knows that they know... wacko.gif

What's your most embarrassing dating moment? Mine was accidentally texting a scathing report about the guy I was on a date with to his mobile instead of my best friend's. Worst. Moment. Ever!

I was sat on my bed at 17 yrs old talking with my mum. My boyfriend called so I ignored it, over a short period he called a few more times and eventually my mum answered with "WHAT" he replied, sorry baby I just wanted to tell you I'm horny for you, mum said hang on a sec I'll pass you on.... laugh.gif

May the cat eat you and the devil eat the cat.
OMG.

I have a shocking story about the one and only time I attempted a one night stand.

I didn't actually go through with it, thankfully. I was so violently sick that I kept vomiting and passing out.

That's not the worst bit? Every time I spewed, I'd fart.
Mortifying. Completely.

I never saw him again oddly enough.

Our "12 months of dating" date - dinner and theatre at the opera house. I got car-sick and vomited over my dress and his car.

Yes he still asked me to marry him - 12 months after that!

I still don't know the name of the first person I had sex with because there comes a point in a relationship when saying "sorry, what was your name?" is just NOT acceptable!
On the plus side I'm eternally grateful we didn't marry "I, MooGuru, take you *mutter cough* to be my lawfully wedded husband..."

Similar situation (without the farting...I think). Was extremely drunk, spewed all over myself and had to do the walk of shame in spew covered clothes... Through a uni res common....

Warning - occasional attempts at humour - not always successful
Too many (unfortunately - or fortunately)

There was the guy who spent the whole coffee before the movie telling me how rich he was and then after the movie verbally abused the old couple whose driveway he had parked across; the french guy who still lived with his ex-girlfriend and who demanded the chef come out from the kitchen so he could dress him down about his ability; the one who had his hobby proudly on display in his bedroom (taxidermy); the one who bought me underwear as a gift - it was a 7 set from K-mart...
