I've had a busy today organising all sorts of things because I'm home alone and have to go back to work next week.

I'm going to have a newborn, a daughter starting high school and 2 in between!

My jobs have ranged from setting up a nursery, inquiring at Centrelink re maternity leave and child care centres, researching school bus routes, covering school books and so much more.

I have to go back to work fairly soon after this one due to financial reasons. The thought makes me wanna cry and vomit simultaneously! I took 10 years off to have the others.

I'm going to be working, dropping my baby at child care, 2 at primary school and one at high school.

It all seems so overwhelming today

but i can't wait either!!!!!

Yep, life as a mum of four, hey?

This year I'll have one in high school, two in primary school, and one in kindergarten. I'll be helping out in my parents' business and the local writing centre, as well a preparing a YA manuscript for publication and (hopefully) starting a PhD.

We also have an 84 year old who needs our assistance more and more as time passes.

Now, if only we had a car! LOL

The thought of it also makes me want to cry and vomit, and yet I'm just relieved to be leaving babyhood behind (having done that for the past 13 years, I'm done).
