Hi all - my first time in a forum and i'm not sure of the acronyms so please bear with me! I am five weeks pregnant and due in early September... last week I was having intense symptoms - felt awful! sick, tired, sore boobs and weird in general... but yesterday morning I woke up and felt nothing, well I felt like my pre-preggo self again and am still feeling like this.

I am freaking out that the baby has died and that is why the symptoms have gone... this is my first pregnancy so no idea what to expect?

any advice... thanks...
Jean

With my daughter I had bad morning sickness, tired etc but with both my sons nothing. Not sick once, no sore boobs (well now I do but I'm 27 weeks almost) and didn't feel pregnant I was constantly paranoid and would pee on a stick every few days.

It's perfectly normal to have symptoms, for them to go away and then to come back again. Try not to stress to much and enjoy not having any sickness and if your really worried go and get bloods done at your doctors they can monitor the hormone to see if it is increasing.

Not from this group, but I lost all of my symptoms overnight at 8 weeks, went for an emergency ultrasound, and here he is in my arms at 12 weeks. Good luck original.gif

I'm not in this group either but just wanted to say the same thing happened to me early in my pregnancy. After a week of constant vomiting and nausea, one day I woke up feeling absolutely fine. It lasted pretty much the whole day (think I threw up again at about 9 or 10pm). It freaked me out a bit but everything turned out ok and I'm now 21wks pg original.gif

Thanks Vanilla & PinknBlue... it is so scary! I feel like I've been waiting my whole life to have this baby and I was shocked to actually get pregnant so it was a big fright to wake up feeling 'normal' so suddenly but no bleeding and no cramping so will keep my fingers crossed... and i think go for another OB appointment. We went for the first time on Friday so she might think I am paranoid being back less than a week later by oh well! better for the peace of mind... really appreciate the support

I just posted something similar on a different thread. I just have sore boobs and im hungry all the time and thats about it. When 80% of people get morning sickness, it freaks me out that I don't have any rather than feeling lucky. :/ I have already had a miscarriage and for preggers straight after again.

I am only 5 weeks and 2 days preg.

Pregnancy symptoms can def come and go. I think last time I had sore boobs from week 3-6 then week 7-16 nausea though thankfully no actual vomiting although retched quite a few times. Morning sickness often doesn't start till around week 6-8 from what I've read. FXD you don't get it

Totally agree - I'm super worried too original.gif - I'm hanging out for that 6 week mark to see if I get any symptoms. Keep in touch - we both have 9 months to go!
