I turned on the Tready, blasted some old fav Kiss tracks, and made it through a slow but steady 3km. Plan to do the other half later, when its a bit cooler.
I reckon if you promise yourself not to get too sweaty (plus a lovely refreshing shower afterwards) it could get very tempting. |

I got a walk in, early yesterday morning, before it got too hot.
DH went to gym in the afternoong though, said it was actually quite cool ( our's doesn't have air-con, just fans) Well done to the ladies who did workout. No excuses! |
