We have just moved into some units around a month a go, and there are flees everywhere sad.gif now the landlord is getting someone out to spray but we have a little dog who is now covered in them, what's the pest flee treatment for dogs after the house has just been sprayed?

Comfortis tablets are fantastic! I get them from my vet for $60 for a 6 month pack.

Train your dog, it's worth it!
Don't forget to wash all of the dog's bedding and other items in a flea rinse as well, so if there are any lurking in those places, they are also dealt with.

Regarding the Comfortis tablets, just be careful if your dog is one of the Collie breeds because some of them have a sensitivity to the drug.
I find the best way to keep the dog free of fleas, once the environment is treated, is regular baths and a flea treatment applied each time, either during the rinse, or afterwards as a spot on.

Just to add, we had a bad flea problem in our carpet last year due to the cat, so we just all went out for a day and put a few of those regular bug bombs around the place. Did the trick!

I confess, that I really have no idea. blush.gif My dogs and cats have never actually had fleas. ph34r.gif

I'd ask a pet supply stockist for what would work.

I use one called Fidos flea rinse. It's very good. You can use it on the bedding as well as on the dogs.
