So... If we have a boy, we're thinking about Moses.
We need a name that works in several languages, and this is such a well known one that it kinda does, even though pronunciation and spelling changes, it's still the same name. It's also a super cool name, in my opinion. What do you think? |

Not my style, but I'm not into biblical names
It's not the worst name though. And I can see the NN Mo being cool |

I don't mind it. I wouldnt it use it though. It does have heavy religious connotations but maybe one day it will be the next Noah.

I love biblical names but not this one as much as others. It's not terrible though.

It's my grandfather's name. We always thought it was a bit OT, but I don't think that any longer. It has gained favour, is indeed cool and you have NNs Moss and Moshe to use if you wish.
I'm not going to talk you out of it, the opposite in fact. Seems to work well with a heap of other names. |

See we're not overly keen on such an obviously religious name either, but keep on coming back to Moses.
It's kind of a "heavy" name with those connotations, which is my concern... but then it's so cool, I think... |

Be brave
It would make me think you were a strongly religious family, but if you don't care if people think that and you love the sound of it - go for it! |

As long as your follow up child is not a daughter named Apple, I don't see why not.
