Does anyone have any good recipes or ideas to use up a tonne of roasted, unsalted peanuts? I have made some peanut butter but thinking more snacky type foods for my kids (ok, also for me). I remember nanna making peanut brittle and I've never tried to make that before so that's on my list.

I just came in to post the same question, as I got buckets of roasted peanuts and honey roasted peanut from Kmart for $2!!! Now I have no idea what to make with them. Was thinking of rocky road or crush them and put them in biscuits, crumble on ice cream, etc. I'll need to try and google some recipes.

Not a recipe but you can just freeze them and use them later.
