I have been getting pain (like in my bones) like my pelvis is sore from bone separating making it painful to walk
The flaps around vagina are swollen like there's pressure behind it and dh says he can see something swollen or prolapsed kinda I dunno whether its just the vaginal wall swollen or what Haven't had sex in a week, ultrasound I think she'd said cervix normal length so it wouldn't be that Did u get this? Or should I be worried? |

The pain sounds like it might be SPD, physio can help, but I'd suggest having a chat to your doctor about both issues.

I would get it checked based on what DH can see...just in case.
I did have the (tmi) puffy lips from about 14weeks, happened after sex and lasted for ages. So much so that it was awkward to walk for the 2 days after |

It does sound like you have SPD so I would try and nip it in the bud if you can and visit a physio or osteopath who specialises in pregnancy related issues.
The swelling and fullness feeling is probably the result of increased blood supply and hormones which engorge the vulva with blood and often causes varicose veins which makes it look quite purple at times. This doesn't happen so often in first pregnancies. It is unlikely that if your U/S was normal for cervix length that it is prolapsing now but as always if there is something concerning you it is best to talk to your caregiver about it. Good luck. |
