just wondering if anyone has used the above person/ website to help with their lo and sleep. im thinking about having her come for a home consulatation as i live within the area to which she will travel. main concerns are baby (12 weeks) not having enough naps during the day- will often only have one nap for about one hour in a 12 hour period. also not staying asleep. he just woke after sleeping only 40 minutes. last night was a good night, he slept from 9pm-1.15 am. back in bed at 2.15 am until 3.00am back up at 4am. down at 5am up at 6am. i would like him to sleep longer after that first get up/ put down. would love any feedback any one has on natalie.

I've used her e-book which was good for me at the time. Given how muh cheaper the e-book is than a consultation I would do that first and see if her methods resonate with you I think Natalie is also working one day a week at one of the local chemists as a baby nurse. You could go for an appt and see if you click with her that way. Best of luck on your sleeping journey. I'm not sure that anything you've said so far is outside normal for your babies age though. Are there other (cheaper) ways you can get some support?

Just checked her newsletter and Natalie is at Chemist works pharmacy Glendale on Thursdays 10-4. Don't know any other details - perhaps ring the Chemist if you're interested?

Awesome! Thanks for that. Visiting her at the chemist sounds like a great idea. I agree that at in home consultation is expensive but I think $500 is a small price to pay for decent sleep. I don't expect DS to sleep the whole night but sometimes he starts waking from 9.30pm and is up again every hour after I Put him down. It leaves me exhausted and struggling through the days. I also worry that DS isn't getting enough sleep and am concerned that isn't good for him.

She was brilliant with my non-sleeping daughter. I didn't live in her area at the time so I used the downloadable fact sheet/routine thingy and also had a great telephone conversation. Everything she suggested worked really well and was gentle - no leaving to cry or anything. Highly recommend her.
