While pregnant, whatever pregnancy vitamins are on special.

Any other time not PG or BF i take fish oil.

Vitamin B at the moment as I have just come through a period of high stress and I feel like rubbish. B vits make me happy!

Vit B12 as advised by GP.
Bloods taken after I had DS showed I was very low in it which was surprising as I eat a good amount of B12 rich food.

Actually OP, you've reminded me to book I'm with GP to do repeat bloods to check whether I'm absorbing B12. Cheers!
