I asked for a few first name suggestions to go with the middle name Carey and came across the name Lila (on another post) which I really like.

What does everyone think of Lila Carey?

I already have a 1 year old, Elena Summer (pronounced Elle-Len-a) but we always use her nn Leni or Lena.

Elena & Lila (Leni & Lila, Lena & Lila)

Both Carey and Summer are my great-grandmothers maiden names so I'm set on Carey as a middle name. Any suggestions and comments are greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Our DD1 is Lila, so of course I love it wub.gif It's a beautiful name and we have only ever had lovely and positive comments on it original.gif

I think having a soft and feminine name like Lila is a great choice with Carey.

If a cat doesn't like you, then what's wrong with you?
I like Lila if pronounced Lie-Lah. I think it sounds lovely with Elena. original.gif

I agree with PP - I like it if pronounced Lie-lah.
My Nan's name is spelled Lyla.
I like it - not common at all (I've never heard of another Lyla) and it is a pretty name.
