Deja Moo: The feeling that you've heard this bull before
No. My kids are 9, 9 & 5 and I am a SAHM. I'm starting to get bored and would love the perfect job with the perfect hours. My DH works 60 odd hours a week, so that has a large bearing on what I'm prepared to do.

I am seriously considering dropping/reducing my hours when DS goes to kindy and school. More to walk him to and from, volunteer and be involved. I think he's the kind of high-maintenance kid who will benefit from that.

DH works long hours with less flexibility than me (and much more $$) as well.

My snarking is a medical condition.
In my daughter's class of 14 girls (just finished Year 2) there are six full time workers, 3 part time workers and 5 SAHMs. Of the SAHMs only 1 has no under school aged children. I was a SAHM for around three years for each child and then part time leading up to full time.
