Hi all, I am looking for suggestions for a new look. I currently have long, thick black hair, and I am looking for a short funky new hairstyle. I am also looking for new stores which I can purchase new funky style clothes, my style at the moment is more frumpy

Re the clothes: What size are you? What styles do you like? What access to shops do you have? How old are you? What's your budget?
Re the hair: What's your face shape? What styles do you like? Do you want low/high maintenance? Colour? |

Go to a Jacqui E store and have a look at the dresses and shorts.
I have gone from a size 18 to a size 12 in the past year and had absolutely no clue about what to wear or what suited me. My local Jacqui E ladies suggested clothes and helped me find a style. I ended up with quite a few dresses (only $69) and I'm working on the budget for some shorts, crop pants and tops. As for hair, I would suggest all one length blunt cut to the shoulder. No fringe unless you want to be at the hairdressers every 4-6 weeks for trims. This is a great length, easy to maintain as it is all one length so no layers to worry about and if you don't want to straighten it daily you can pull it back into a pony tail and you're ready to go. Pixie cuts are great and on a daily basis low maintenance but you need very regular hair cuts to keep them looking sharp and styled. Good luck with your shopping and new hairdo. If you do get it chopped can you post a pic of your new style. EFS This post has been edited by Shanski: 01/01/2013, 03:37 AM |

Does your hair have any wave to it?
I like the various shorter styles sported by the character 'Jessica Brody' in Homeland. Jessica Brody's hair |
