My name is Ell, a midwifery student in Perth. Was wondering if any of you are interested in having a a student midwife to be a part of your pregnancy journey?.

I can provide you with extra support and provide a conitnuity of care. I'm going into my fourth and final midwifery studies and have various experience in antenatal, birth and postnatal care. I'm very passionate in midwifery and would greatly appreciate for some mums to help me out as I have to find 20 women for my course. Let me know if you want any more information and if you're interested. Thanks

Sorry, I already have a midwife and a doula, so think our room is already bursting at the seams! Goodluck!

Hi all! Thanks for replying to my post original.gif

I'm due 23rd May - so nearly 22 weeks. We found out we are having a boy! I already have a 9 year old girl (massive gap!) so I will one of each now - bit scared about having a boy though!

Is anyone NOR? I live in Quinns. I definately plan on taking the opportunities to go to mothers group and playgroup etc as I am looking to meet some new friends, as corny as that may sound!

How is everyone feeling so far?

Hi Ell, I'm happy for you to attend/assist if you like, although I am not sure how it works, as in do I need to get approval from the hospital etc? If you can give me some more details that would be cool. There were 2 girls at Joondalup Antenatal Clinic the other day saying how hard it is to get to help with 20 births so if I can, I am happy to help you original.gif
