Hi Ladies

Can anyone name any of the convertible boosters with higher shoulder slots? Both my children are 90% for height.

I know I could answer this myself with a trip to shops and a tape measure, but I'm recovering from some major surgery. If this gets asked regularly, please point me in the direction of a good link, I scrolled through last couple of months and couldn't see anything.

How tall is your child? Our booster's back is adjustable. The arm slots themselves don't raise exactly, just the entire back does, so when you do that, the slots automatically raise too.

My 130cm child still fits finely into it, and I think I can still raise it higher a little if necessary.

Booster or convertible? My girls are off the charts for height. DD1 is in a infra rouvette n the 5 pt harness. She is the "shortest" of my kids sitting somewhere between the 75th and 90th for height. My 140cm 8 year old shoulders just come above the line for discontinuing use in booster mode. She can still fit in the infa vario booster with the back in the top slot.Both are available at k mart for under $140 full price.

What age/height/weight are the kids? Do you want a dedicated booster (so using the cars seat belt), or a harnessed seat? Do you need the seats to fit between others seats in your car ie: does it matter how wide the seat is?

Our convertible is a maxi rider II ahr.
Our booster is a hi-liner. Both fit my 7 yo son who is 135cm approx with plenty more adjustment available.

The old seats and height of top shoulder slots is no longer applicable as new 2010 standard seats have markings showing when to turn to booster mode which is sometimes below the top shoulder slots.

The New Maxi Rider T&A AHR I believe has very high markings for the change to booster marks.

Sorry, should have given more details!

DD is 5 yrs and in Cargo Marathon, which I' m happy with.

DS is nearly 3 yrs and still fits Compaq deluxe but I was going to move him into a convertible booster in couple of months, to manage school & child care pick ups/drop offs when on any given day I might need to be able to transport two 5 year olds, or two 3year olds, or my own two children.

Hope that makes some sense.
