Hi all,
I am terrible at remembering when I last feed etc as I feed by demand but would like to track this as bub is on the small side.
So does anyone use an app for this? If so which one do you use? What's the best one in your opinion? What are the must have features?
Looking forward to hearing your reviews.
TIA

We used an app called Total Baby - it was quite good. In the early days we also used it to count dirty nappies.

I use one called BabyNursing. I paid for the full version. I am still using it now as I find it very useful.

When my mate's wife was breastfeeding he wrote an app called Which Breast?
I haven't used it, but I like the fact it is so specific. With my first I tried a couple of apps to track things, but they were so convoluted I ended up using a pen and paper original.gif

I use the Philips Avent 'My baby & me' app. It's great. You can track feeds, sleeps, nappy changes, weight & height. I've used it for about 2yrs now, since I had DD2.

Low tech luddite here - just changed my engagement ring to the other hand when I fed. Whatever hand it was on, I started that side.

I got a nursing bracelet free with a nasal aspirator lol. You wear it on the wrist of whichever side you finished on last, and it had a slider bit with numbers that tells you the time you last fed. Did a good job, but I prefer low tech lol.

That's a great idea!

I find apps too fiddly, much quicker with pen and paper.

I was moving a hair elastic from wrist to wrist, but then i'd forget and use it tie up my hair, so pen and paper now. I also write the time and whether he's had his Vit D supplement for the day.
No need to count poos here - how many is 'constantly'?
