So, I won a $2000 travel voucher today - amazing and I am still in total shock!! Of course I am now trying to plan our next holiday biggrin.gif
Where would you go/what would you do? We have 12 months to use it and ideally would like to do a family holiday. Our kids are now 2 mths and 20 months. We went to thailand with DS when he was 15 months old and realised lounging at a resort does not work very well with kids (lol!) so that type of holiday wouldnt appeal.
We are happy to contribute more funds if needed, and we need to go in school holidays (grr marrying a teacher!)
hit me with your kid friendly ideas (although i secretly wish we could go by ourselves lol but cant see it happening unless we can book it for travel after the 12mth period!)

I don't have any location recommendations, but I would travel before your eldest turns 2 so that you'll only have to pay for an infant's ticket.

Save me Barry!
Congratulations! We stayed at a resort in Qld that had a kids club so you could put the kids in that while you went and got massages etc!

I'd go to a resort with a kid's club as well - even if they are just in for a few 1/2 days.

Suggest daydream island or Hamilton island or gold coast.

I'm not a fan of overseas kids clubs as you don't know how strict their police record checks are.

Wow fantastic news!

Perhaps you could explore the idea of using some of the voucher to bring along a grandparent or two... that way you can get in some time just the two of you!

Wow congratulations ! I was going to say Hamilton Island as its short flights, nice pools and beach and loads to do with kids.
Enjoy!
