I'm no cook, have never pretended to be, but somehow I've been asked to provide a chocolate ripple cake for tomorrow. Deep breath, this should be easy right?
So, the recipe says to leave it for 6 hours minimum to make the biscuits go soft like cake. But if I make it tonight, ready for the evening meal tomorrow, is that too long? I must be the daftest person when it comes to the kitchen |

I just made one shaped like a candy cane, with stripes of the cream tinted red and a crushed up candy cane sprinkled on top.
It sounds better than it looks, but at least chocolate ripple cake can never taste bad! |
