Pretty much all my cooking is done for today. Everything else has to be done tomorrow.
I made a blueberry and raspberry cordial yesterday, which I plan to serve with mineral water, ice (with frozen blueberries in the cubes) and mint leaves  What other non alcoholic drinks can you suggest? I have lemons, oranges, limes, watermelon, cherries, apples, mineral water, lemonade, lemon squash, lime cordial, bitters and grapes and strawberries. Any suggestions most appreciated

I am making lemon lime and bitters, and also a non alcoholic pims, which is just 1 bottle of lemonade, 1 bottle of ginger ale mixed together with your choice of fruit. Orange, apple, cucumber, strawberry, peaches or nectarine would be fine, mint is also a nice addition

Pineapple ginger punch
1ltr ginger beer 3 cup tropical juice 6 passionfruit 1/2 pineapple Torn mint leavea Mix all together gently mix Citrus crush syrup 3/4 cup grapfruit 1/2 cup orange juice 1/4cup lemon juice 1 1/4 cup caster sugar All in pan till sugar disolves then thickens Strain then chill Mango and passionfruit syrup 1 large mango in 2 cm pieces 1 1/4 caster sugar 1 1/2 cup waters Mango caster sugar and water till sugar dissolved Simmer till thick then strain Add passionfruit and chill |
