I always do, whether we are staying home, going out or having visitors. I always get stuck in on Christmas Eve (that's tomorrow!) so it's nice to relax in on the day.

So who else does this?

We cleaned today, and will do the outside tomorrow. Even though we won't be home Christmas Day! Go figure.

This year yes biggrin.gif We are having lunch at my sisters but I want to come home to a nice, clean and tidy house. The girls even got into it today and after the usual hour of "I'm bored, what can I do" I suggested they do some cleaning so they washed the walls and spot cleaned the carpet. They did go through 2.5 packs of spot carpet cleaner and one bottle of spray n wipe, but that's the price I'm willing to pay for help! (they are 8, 6 and 3)

Did so today. It is the one day of the year my DH actually cleans. He does half the house, I do the other half.

Yep
DP saw my cleaning the top of the kitchen cupboards and paled significantly
Last time he saw me do that was when I was nesting with baby number 4.

Floors and Noritake is for tomorrow.
Polish up the sporks too.

Always.
I will do a clean tomorrow after I get home from picking up the prawns, making the custard for the trifle, making shortbread etc.
Kids have been instructed to clean their rooms!
And it will be just us four at home on Christmas Day - but I just have to have a clean and tidy house for when Santa arrives!
