Credulity kills
I saw it earlier today and couldn't fathom it. I twittered at one of the idiot authors but I doubt it made much of a dent in their thinking.

I can't believe how insulting that is to all our amazing sportswomen.

It makes me so angry.

A horse?

Yeah, because no women did anything at all worthwhile in sport this year. rolleyes.gif

Someone should smack them in the side of the head with a wet newspaper.

I am still stunned and I heard of it a few hours ago too.. Seriously, you have to ask who thought that was a good idea...
I think they successfully manged to set the equality of women in sport back another few decades..

Not that I think the Telegraph is any sort of authority on who is the best and worst of anything in any given year, but seeing as they made up categories as they wanted, why couldn't they have just included a "Best Racehorse" category?

I find it to stupid to be insulted.

A horse is an animal. Not a person.

She has already won racehorse of the year more than once.

I think some silly nit wit thought they were being funny. To dim to Realise they have insulted the many valid candidates that could have taken out te award.
