Hi everyone!
I'm really worried. I am 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant and have had only nausea when I'm hungry (goes away once i eat) a strong sense of smell and sore breasts. I also had cramping for first 3 weeks. Then 2 days ago all my symptoms have disappeared. My breasts are not tender, no nausea etc. I'm worried the baby has died as I now feel completely normal. I am only 7 weeks and would not expect symptoms to disappear! sad.gif has anyone been through the same thing?

Yep. Lost all my symptoms at 8 weeks I think, literally gone overnight.

Went to GP to get a scan for reassurance, and there was my perfect little baby bouncing up and down on the screen.

He is now 10 weeks old original.gif

Good luck! I hope all is well x

I know it's hard but try not to worry. Preg symptoms come and go for a lot of people and it really is no indication of how your bubby is going. I had a missed miscarriage with my 1st baby at 8 weeks and still had preg symptoms for weeks after it had died. The next two pregnancies have both been fine and i've had symptoms on and off (this time i keep forgetting i am preg rolleyes.gif , too busy chasing after a 14 month old!)

put a good movie on, put your feet up and try to enjoy the break in ms....tomorrow it might be terrible!

Flossy maybe u should stay clear of google and try not to panic. My sore breasts were on and off sore in the first few weeks. I also had nausea which was better when I ate. Have you had a scan yet? I found that eased my anxiety a lot.

Step away from google - it will do you no good!

As all PP's have said, symptoms come and go - it is completely normal.

Also, lack of, or disappearing symptoms does not mean a missed miscarriage. My first pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage and my symptoms never disappeared. And I had days at a time this pregnancy when I had absolutely no sympotms, and I'm now 32 weeks pregnant with a very healthy baby.

Please try not to stress - it will do no good! If you are really concerned, see your GP and ask for a scan to ease your mind.

My symptoms became extremely mild during my 7th week (not that they were that bad to begin with). Some days I had nothing at all, other days just really mild nausea and slightly sore breasts. The only thing that remained constant was tiredness. I was also convinced I was going to miscarry, the symptoms did go back to being a little worse close to 10 weeks. I also until I heard the heartbeat again during my 15th week thought I'd had a missed mc.

I'd try to not stress to much, though do try to see your Dr if you're getting to stressed over it. Stay away from Google, it'll make you stress more.

I hate the first trimester more than anything, I spent so much of it stressed out of my mind thinking something was going to go wrong.

Totally normal. I stressed so much over my symptoms in each of my pregnancies. There were days where all my symptoms disappeared and I wouldnt feel pregnant at all any more. But all was fine. It is normal for symptoms to come and go.

In my third pregnancy I felt like the symptoms disappeared completely at around 7 weeks. I was so convinced that I went into the u/s and told the tech that the pregancy had probably failed and I wasnt expecting a HB. Well to my surprise baby was perfectly fine! That experience proved to me that symptoms are not a reliable indicator.

I know it is hard not to worry though, I can certainly relate. Try and distract yourself if you can. When is your u/s?
