or Fembo maybe...
Ok so I'm doing a ham for the first time - what's a really nice glaze? I'm not that crash hot on honey or anything too intrusive...

I have a food blog.
In the past I've done equal parts apricot jam, orange juice and soy sauce. Just stir together until combined, then brush periodically over the ham in the last half hour of cooking.

It's just a simple one, but it's pretty nice.

Mutlitasking is not doing any of them properly
I'm doing Stephanie Alexander's this year which is just cloves studded in the ham, orange juice and brown sugar, with white wine in the baking tray.

We normally do one that has Honey (brown sugar works too) loads of hot mustard and a bit of whole seed for texture and look and orange juice. It is so nice. Cook for 1/2 the time with foil over and then baste and cook the other half with foil off basting about 3 or 4 times during that time. yum.
