I would make the all from now or already have them made and in the fridge or in air tight containers. problem is then trying not to eat them, maybe that is what your mum is worried about biggrin.gif

also, can I come to your house for Christmas, they all sound delicious

I would definitely make a start on some of that today. Lots of it can be made and stored in an air tight container and still be fresh on Christmas Day.

Doink!
I'm only making Rocky Road, Gingerbread and Shortbread, and I am going to start today hopefully - as long as IGA has the chocolate for the Rocky Road, I bought the wrong sort when I did the groceries the other day and now have 3 blocks of dark cooking chocolate when I needed milk chocolate ddoh.gif

Wow - I'm coming to yours!

I would start making today...

Do you use normal chocolate or cooking chocolate for rocky road?

Hi, I made some of these yesterday and have just put them in an airtight container in the fridge.
The rest of my baking I'm doing today.

I pick and arrange all my own flowers, Jerry!
I would NOT leave all of that to do on Christmas Eve.

Stuff like shortbread is more than fine to make 2 or 3 days in advance.

I would get started sooner rather than later.
