I have read it's a popular name, although only know of one from dd's class this year.
I really like it! DP does also. Only slight problem is that it's a biblical name, Noahs Ark, And am worried that when people say his name etc will think Of Noahs Ark. Silly I know! I was raised as a Christian so it doesn't bother me personally. We don't have any other boys names. We love Lucas but can't use it as a cousin has named their newborn Lucas, recently. Our list; Lucas (cant use it anymore!) Noah William (but cant help think he will be called Willy at school What other cute boys names can you think of? I know Noah's become popular, but I can't get beyond Noah's ark either.
What about... Linden Finbar/Fintan Martin |

All 3 names are popular in my area.
FWIW - I have a William, called Will most of the time. He's never been called Willy (though our surname begins with E which I didn't think about Will E - that's never been picked up by anyone). |

I
I know a Noah, and he's lovely and gentle and very funny so maybe I'm biased. I think it's cute for a young child, but hot for a man There's also Luka/Luca? |

I think its a lovely name and don't think of it as a religious name. To me a religious name would be more like Ezekiel.
Other names I like are: Flynn Nathaniel Benji Joshua |

I also like Noah but know of a few. Interestingly I thought I'd never get past the Noah's Ark link, but knowing of children with this name has kinda removed it for me, and they aren't even kids I see (fb friends or nephew of friend)
I really like William as well and quite like Will/Billie as a nn. I don't think Willie is an unavoidable nn... Based on your list, what about Sebastian Nicholas Harrison Charles/Charlie Frederick/Freddie I really struggle with boys' names! Good luck |

I love Noah, I wouldn't worry about it bring too popular. Love Willie and Will too but am not keen on William. .

I'm just paranoid Missy t- I adore Nathanial and Joshua, Dp doesn't. He's fussy! |

I love all 3 of those names.. but agree that both Noah & William are quite popular.
Other suggestions: James Matthew Joshua Finlay/Finn Flynn Thomas/Tom Eric Xavier Edward/Edmund/Eddie/Ed Lachlan Samuel/Sam ETA: I no longer see Noah as an overly religious name as it has become quite mainstream now (I think of the Notebook as well!). While I think William might be called Willy jokingly when older, it wouldn't put me off using the name (however, the popularity might..it definitely seems to be the most popular boys name in my area at the moment!)
