Have you tried a belly band? I bought mine from Big W online and this seems to help. Plus I bought a pair or maternity jeans from Jeanswest - they have the band sewn in to support your belly - plus no zips or buttons, they are pulls ups! I love them.

I bought a belly band from target yesterday, it does help a bit but still need more support - absolutely kills to bend down or pick something up off the floor (which I am doing a lot of with a 3 year old around).

Thanks

Some chemists will stock them, I had one from the chiro for my first pregnancy and have it ready to use again this time if needed. Made such a difference. It's interstate at my mums at the moment but will check the brand when she returns and let you know

There are loads on eBay of all places. Search pregnancy support. I bought one of the ones like a brace around the back, belt under the bump, and belt over the bump. It was a god-send and cost me $25. Physio wanted $80 and it was exactly the same.
